Julia Whitman works for the Attorney General's Office. She thinks the courts are too indifferent to stalking cases. She wants to take matters into her own hands and is toying with the idea of setting up a task force to prevent victims from falling. These plans are not appreciated by the ambitious Julia. Despite all the resistance, she still delves into a number of unresolved stalking cases.
