Southwest plot

Leslie is a middle-aged Dutch woman who lives in southwestern Turkey. She secretly helps refugees to enter Europe (illegally) through her hometown. One day she is confronted with a cry for attention and help that comes from much closer. Suddenly the son she left behind in the Netherlands years earlier to pursue her calling is standing right in front of her.
