Southern Girls plot

Three women, who are in different phases of their lives, have something in common: they all want a better life. Joan is going through a lot in her life and marriage. Things deteriorate and she and her husband consider divorce. One day, Joan rediscovers the Ten Commandments. She begins to believe that these ten can solve any problem they face. She starts a club for women called 'Southern Girls' because southern girls are said to be the most beneficent. In this club, women meet to find out that they can be better women for themselves, their families and society as a whole.
