Soom plot
Almost documentary filmed drama about So-Hee, a physically handicapped girl. Initially she is in a Christian home where the residents rejected by society are abused in all kinds of ways. Yet she falls in love with Min-Soo, who, like her, is spastic. In this way, despite the restrictions and the constant violations of their dignity, they still find some happiness. When a volunteer discovers that So-Hee has been pregnant, he suspects she's been raped. Against her will, she is dragged from home to home, where she is so tightly protected that she is deeply lonely.
