"Aspects of Small Town New Zealand"

In the rural New Zealand town of Carlton, the city council decides they need a massage parlor to make the town more attractive. They therefore ask a masseuse from the big city to open a salon in Carlton. Her presence in the conservative town stirs up emotions that are normally not expressed.
