Siesta Veta plot

Biography of the most important writer of nineteenth-century Slovak literature, Bozena Slancikova-Timravá. The film is divided into six 'statements' - according to the writer every life can be explained with five of them - centered on the daughter of a poor preacher who is involved in the problems of farmers. She publishes a book with figures that are so lifelike that the people they are inspired by threaten to kill her.
