Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso plot
Trained by his strict mother, who was only satisfied with perfection, Kosei won numerous classical piano competitions during his childhood. Since his mother's death, he lives with his aunt and has not touched the piano since he cannot hear himself play. His childhood friend Tsubaki introduces him to Kaori, who as a violinist is looking for someone to accompany her on the piano during a competition. Reluctantly, Kosei comes out of his shell.
