Poor girl Jane Miller is on the hunt for a millionaire and finds him after winning a beauty pageant in Atlantic City. She goes with the millionaire - who is not worth a cent - despite the warnings of the poor but sincere journalist William Kelley who loves her. When things threaten to go wrong at the millionaire's castle, she realizes she made the wrong choice.
