Shadow on the Land plot

In the near future, in the United States, the sitting president is busy implementing a fascist dictatorship where all opposition is nipped in the bud. An underground group offers resistance and fights against the regime. Lieutenant Colonel Andy Davis is captured by the ISF (Internal Security Force) for incitement against the regime and tortured. He manages to escape, but is followed by Major Shepherd McCloud, who appears to have a double agenda.
