Sekai no Dokonidemo Aru Basho plot

Taguchi is wanted by the police and takes refuge in an abandoned recreation park. He then ends up in a psychiatric clinic, where he gets to know different eccentric types. Including a woman who talks to animals. A series of uncontrollable events ensues, involving the police and the underworld as well.
