Seishun Gestalt Houkai plot

One day, high school student Mamiya discovers that she has Parry-Romberg syndrome. She fears that others will find out and she is only worried about it. The only person who notices her change is her classmate Asahina, who is being watched by teachers because of his flashy appearance and violent attitude. Mamiya is pressured by Asashina, but little by little she begins to see herself in a new light. Meanwhile, as Asashina spends time with her, he also begins to face something that has been bothering him for a long time.
