Seine Hoheit - Genosse Prinz plot

The East German export trader Kaspar Mai suddenly finds out that he is a born prince. Incidentally, his regal grandmother puts him in her will as heir to her estate. During a business trip to West Germany, he visits his property and discovers that a NATO airport will be built on the grounds. With the help of a smart lawyer, Kaspar can prevent this, against the will of the other family members, who thought they were paying off their debts by selling the family property. Back in the GDR he renounces his title of nobility, marries the bourgeois Angelika Engel and takes her name.
