San Michele Aveva un Gallo plot
Because of his revolutionary activities, the aristocrat Giulio (Giulio Manieri) is imprisoned. He keeps himself strong by imagining that he is still the center of the revolution. He consults with his imagined fellow combatants and delivers lengthy speeches in his empty cell. When transferred to another prison, however, he must realize that everyone has forgotten him.
