Runin: Banished plot

Toyogiku is an ex-courtesan who is exiled in 1838 to the penal colony of Hachijo, an island. On the island, the law of the strongest appears to rule and it is every man for himself. Toyogiku exploits what she has experience in surviving: her sexuality.
