Rot und Blau plot

Barbara is a successful middle-aged woman. A respected architect, mother and wife and living well in Berlin. Then suddenly Ilke is at her door, her daughter from a relationship 25 years ago, with a Turkish immigrant. Raised by her father, who became a successful businessman, Ilke was educated at the top schools in Europe, but without a mother. The Turk is now deceased and Ilke comes to Berlin and is immediately accepted by Barbara's family. Barbara, however, does not have it so easy.
