Megan Carpenter (Richter-Röhl) is a high-spirited nun who is fully committed to the orphanage. However, the orphanage is in danger of being closed because owner Sean Hastings (Sosniok) does not extend the lease of the land. On her way to the estate, she saves the life of the son of the wealthy manufacturer Sean, but that cannot change his judgment: the orphans are on the street. Or not?
