Rosa Funzeca plot

After twenty years, Rosa, a very beautiful middle-aged woman, has given up on prostitution. She is looking forward to being reunited with her teenage son Fernando who was raised by priests. She uses her savings to buy a house and open a flower stall. But soon it turns out that she will not make it financially and she is forced to take to the streets again. Her strong bond with Fernando turns out to be a difficult relationship full of restraint, but also complicity. Both are headed for a fate that is as tragic as it is inevitable.
