"A gun separates the men...from the boys."

When a family moves to Wyoming, it seems to be the beginning of a fresh and new existence. But family head Jahnke Sr. terrorizes the place as ruthlessly as before. One day, son Richard junior (Christopher Collet) can't stand it any longer and his hated father Richard senior (Frederic Forrest) is shot dead.
