"The Most Diabolical Act a Man and Mistress Ever Conceived!"
In order to collect the money from the insurance, the widow of a bankrupt businessman tries to pass off his suicide as murder and takes over a young bohemian who must be blamed. When he realizes the plot, he kills her in anger and is arrested for two murders.
