Reinas plot
Lima in the summer of 1992. Amid the social and political chaos in Peru, Lucia, Aurora and their mother Elena prepare to emigrate to the US. They are afraid to say goodbye to their country, family and friends, but especially to Carlos, the father and ex-husband who has all but disappeared from their lives. Facing their uncertain future stirs up conflicting feelings, revives old regrets, and creates new illusions. Frustrations and fears mingle with excitement and expectations.
