Reifende Jugend plot

At a boys' school in northern Germany, three girls are taking their final exams for the first time. Knud (Albert Lieven) is in love with Elfriede (Hertha Thiele), who sees more in her teacher, Dr. Kerner (Peter Voß), who responds to her advances. When Knud notices, he tries Dr. Blackmail Kerner into passing his exam. The director of the school Brodersen (Heinrich George), full of understanding, manages to get Knud back in line.
