Ready or Not plot

In 1998, the summer holidays are waiting for thirteen-year-old Katie and her friends Sarah and Danni. Puberty is also just around the corner and Katie's football buddy Steo is slowly starting to look at them differently. She herself feels more and more suffocated in her hometown and by her parents. She goes out and enjoys her increasing popularity. However, this is accompanied by unwanted attention, although the older David can touch Katie. All these experiences lead to the question of whether the friends are ready for the teenage years.
