Quell'Amore Particolare plot

Manlio and his son Paolo have a quiet life together. The only bright spot in Paolo's life is Cecilia. They enjoy it by inventing the most dramatic and strange situations: so it happens that one night Paolo kills the girl he loves. Manlio must choose: expose his son or himself. But Paolo kills himself to prevent his father from having to pay for him and to avoid ending up in prison himself. That's not the end of the drama, though. Wanting to preserve his son's reputation, Manlio confesses to a crime he didn't commit...
