Punk Love plot

"In a town without pitty, everybody needs an angel."

Sarah is a lost 15-year-old who is 'trapped' in a house without love, in a sad small town living off a large paper mill. When she meets Spike, she imagines a new life. They fall in love with each other and by committing petty crimes and defrauding people they can continue to buy their drugs and thus support themselves. Spike has dreams of his own, and when he successfully auditions to join a punk band, he feels like he and Sarah are escaping a disastrous existence. But just as things start to improve, everything starts to go uncontrollably wrong and Spike and Sarah have only their endless love for each other to survive.
