Printemps Perdu plot

Yan Yuejun, a man in Mongolia, talks about himself on camera. He was a well-known opera singer before ending up in prison for his criticism of the Cultural Revolution of 1966. After his liberation he had to become a truck driver and married Ling Ling. Finally he took his place again at the Opera, once calm had returned. That's when he discovers that Ling Ling is hiding a secret.
