"Were the Whispers True?"
Edwin Booth is an American actor whose life is turned upside down when his younger brother John Wilkes Booth kills Abraham Lincoln. We see how Edwin became an actor by helping his acting father at a young age, almost becoming an alcoholic, building his name as an actor and how Booth's name was reviled by the public after the brutal act.
