"The Fastest Steppin' Picture You Ever Saw!"
Maggie Keenan is a member of the Ziegfeld Follies and is jealous of the showgirls' attractive looks. She sees that she only serves as a comedian and that if she weren't joking, no one would care about her. However, she manages to get into a relationship with choir member Al Cassidy, which showgirl Selma does not like. Still, Al doesn't give in to Selma's charms and marries Maggie. When Al has to go to Atlantic City for a show, he teams up here with Selma. This time he accepts her advances. When Maggie finds out about this, she pretends she doesn't know anything.
