Pinochet in Suburbia plot

When Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet visits England in 1998 for medical treatment, Amnesty International seizes its opportunity. He is being charged with human rights violations and must appear in court. He is placed under house arrest in a house in the suburbs. The verdict could take a long time, as Amnesty was not prepared for British legislation, least of all for Pinochet's former ally: Margaret Thatcher.
