Paul's Case plot

Paul comes from the working class and lives in his own fantasy world. Paul's dream is to trade his bleak existence for a better life. Or the devil plays with it, one day Paul gets the opportunity to steal a sum of money and he runs off to the enchanting New York City. And Paul's dreams come true: he tastes his first champagne in a luxurious hotel suite. However, this party cannot last too long, because the harsh reality will return and Paul will have to make a desperate decision.
