Parviz plot
The 50-year-old unmarried and unemployed Parviz does not meet the social norm. All his life he lives with his father, with whom he leads a quiet life in the middle of turbulent Tehran. He fills his days with housekeeping and doing odd jobs for local residents. Then his father decides to remarry, leaving Parviz out on the street overnight. The neighbors for whom Parviz took the children to school for years are staring at him. Then he realizes that respect and acceptance do not depend on a social position, but that there are other ways to earn it.
