Partenonas plot

In a cheap brothel, a man tells about the wonderful events in his life. His quest for love and glory is retold and relived by many: a prostitute with an irreparable past, a gangster haunted by bad luck and a painter who lacks confidence. In one of the stories the husband finds his wealth, in another he becomes a prophet, and in the third story he returns to his wife.
