Paloma de Papel plot

Juan spent 10 years in prison and is now getting an amnesty. Juan is on the bus and the rest of the film is made up of his childhood memories in a remote village in the Andes Mountains. There was the constant threat of Marxist terrorists who do not shy away from extreme violence. Juan's stepfather, Fermin, is very unfriendly to him. But Juan also has fond memories of his friends, his mother and the old blacksmith where he was apprenticed. Then the events unfold that landed Juan in prison.
