Ongelukje plot

You look at your smartphone for three seconds while you are driving, a swan crosses over and three seconds later you are parked frontally against a pollard willow. It happens to Mark who is driving along a deserted country road with his girlfriend Tessa. They wake up in the smoking wreckage and wedged into the bent body, Mark realizes he has lost all feeling in his legs. Tessa manages to climb out of the car and tries to call all emergency services with Mark's badly damaged cellphone. Only, what's his access code? And why is Mark being so secretive about it?
