One Day in the Life of Noah Piugattuk plot

The year is 1961. In the Arctic, Inuit hunters are visited by The Boss, a Canadian official who brings sugar and cookies. The eldest of the hunters, Noah Piugattuk, is told through an interpreter what his real message is: Canadian law forces every Inuit to live in a settlement in order to receive an allowance for the children.
