Farrell takes advantage of the fact that the ranch of Don Jose and his daughter Pepita is close to the Mexican/US border. Farrell is illegally moving Chinese refugees across the border to the United States. Dave of the Border Patrol is ordered by his commander to end Farrell's activities. Dave goes incognito like a bum and is aided in his assignment by the police dog Rinty.
