Omote to Ura the Final plot

Defense Minister Kijima, the religious group Amitayu and yakuza Ryujinkai make a pact to make Japan a military power. Their plan is to create a terror case that will cause fear in the public. Domae, a politician, learns of their plan and tries to stop them.
