In North Africa, gifted surgeon Dr. Walter very far away from the hospital. One evening a man and his sick wife visit him, but he refuses to help them and sends them to the hospital, where the woman later dies. The doctors at the hospital think that Dr. Walter could have helped them. From that moment on, the husband wants revenge.
