Obzalovaný plot
Kudrna is on trial because, as a supervisor at the construction of a power plant, he cannot account for an entry of a few million kroner in his accounts. However, the money went to his workers, whom he paid special overtime bonuses so that the plant would be ready by the date set by a bureaucratic plan that gives orders but bears no responsibilities. His process immediately becomes the process of the dirigist and profiteering bureaucracy, as well as the working conditions in a socialist state.
