In a poetic and extraordinarily cinematic way, stories about Alexander the Great, Chopin's death and elements from Van der Werve's own life are acquired together. Van der Werve followed the route of Chopin's heart: he bridged the 1500 kilometers between Paris and Warsaw, where Chopin's heart was buried, by covering seven times the length of an Ironman triathlon (swimming, cycling and running).
