Nouveau Monde plot

Rohid, a young Afghan refugee in Paris, must find work to send money to his mother, who is being threatened with death by the Taliban. While he persistently studies and integrates the French language, his younger brother is left numb during their journey. Rohid crosses paths with Sandor, a charismatic and resourceful man with whom he does all kinds of odd jobs. Step by step he regains hope to find his place in this new world.
