Noch nad Chili plot

The politically uninterested architect Manuel is arrested and imprisoned in the National Stadium. He sees the turmoil in Santiago de Chile, is abused by his guards and witnesses mass executions, all the while looking for someone with power to whom he can explain that he is wrongly imprisoned. The cycles of abuse and violence, and especially the sacrifice of the communist Juan, turn Manuel into a resistance fighter, as many Chileans are.
