K (John Abraham) is addicted to nicotine. Nothing, absolutely nothing, comes between him and his beloved cigarette. His wife Anjali (Ayesha Takia) and best friend Abaas (Ranvir Shorey) do everything they can to make him stop, but nothing helps. One day Anjali is fed up and leaves K. Now he has to stop, because he wants her back. He meets Baba Bangali (Paresh Rawal), a mysterious man who runs a rehab clinic for all kinds of addictions. He swears by his withdrawal methods. Because only if you do exactly as he says can you get rid of your addiction. K concludes a strangulation contract with him. But once signed, he can't get rid of it. K soon realizes what the contract is all about and tries with all his might to get out of it.
