No Coração do Mundo plot
The heart of the world: that is what Selma longs for. Not that she has a specific place in her head. It could be anywhere, if only she's happier there. Such a better life is what all the characters in the mosaic film No Coração do Mundo want. Ticket seller Ana is regularly abused on the bus where she works and takes care of her old father. Her boyfriend Marcos is involved in a liquidation gone wrong, carried out by Beto. His brother Miro has to lend him money to flee - which he in turn receives from his mistress Rose, who owns a beauty salon and also wants to work as an Uber driver.
