Ninkô no Junan plot

Ninko is a virtuous Buddhist monk who is embarrassed to discover that he is irresistible to many women and some men. After a particularly disturbing encounter with a masked woman, he embarks on a journey to purify himself, in the hopes that this will enable him to rebuff sexual advances. He meets the samurai Kanzo and learns of a village being wiped out by the goddess Yama-onna, who kills people to absorb their energy. Finally Ninko has a task to fulfill...
