Ningen no Kabe plot

Fumiko is a primary school teacher and her husband Kenichiro makes a career with the teachers' union. She is very involved in the ins and outs of the school and its students. The government must cut back on education and lay off teachers. Fumiko and her friend Sudo are the first to fly out, because of their double income status. At first they accept this, but when they are hired and fired again and again, they revolt.
