Ningen plot

The vessel 'Kaijin Maru' sails with four crew members for a routine two-day voyage. A sudden storm leaves little of the ship and the four drift rudderless under the blazing sun at sea. Hunger drives them insane and gradually the four begin to see each other as a possible source of food. Based on a novel by Nogami Yaeko.
