"so close, yet so distanced."
Working on a project, students Tomoya and Aoi become friends. While Tomoya is actually in love with someone else, he also feels a lot for Aoi, but he doesn't dare to tell. When Aoi leaves for America, Tomoya gets her job in film production. When Tomoya hears that the plane Aoi was on has crashed, he daydreams about the love that can never exist again.
