Nightmare in Big Sky Country plot

Judge and single mother Mary Bethel (Patricia Wettig) just manages to make ends meet. However, she gets into trouble with a man (Hal Kerbes) who refuses to pay his traffic fines. He begins to harass her with his radical ideas, but Mary is not pleased and resists. The man turns out to be a leader of a militant group and he doesn't give up just like that.
