Na Wlasna Prosbe plot

When an engineer refuses to go with the flow of the usual corruption among his bosses at work, he quickly realizes how isolated he is. Not only are the managers using his attitude against him, the union leaders and the party secretary are also hostile to his position. The man has to deal with antipathy from those above him and disinterest from his colleagues. He has nowhere to go for help and support.
