My Cornerstone plot

Adina David, a young Indian nurse, moves to Sydney, where she finds herself in the household of a wealthy Indian-Australian family. She is given the task of caring for Lydia Pinto, an elderly lady who has suffered a stroke. Miriam Pinto, Lydia's daughter-in-law, treats Adina like a slave. Miriam feels superior because she was born in Australia.
